 Biohazard is a mixture of Fallout and Bioshock. 

 Sci-Fi Con 16 runs from May 24th to June 6th.

Most of the Biohazard sim is more like Rapture (from BioShock), but there are a few little areas that pay homage to the fallout series including a vault, some brotherhood of steel stuff with power armor and some junkyardy type town.
